The house

Ty Glas (Blue House) is a spacious, modern and warm house, stunningly located right on the water’s edge, with a wonderful sea view over the beautiful Conwy Marina, right on the North Wales coast. Whatever the weather, the house is a wonderfully tranquil place, which is ideal for couples, friends, or for a family holiday – come and be inspired! Once you have stayed here you will understand why our visitors think it is so special!
Ty Glas has 3 bedrooms (double, double, single) so you can wake up to stunning sea views, or views of the majestic Conwy mountain. A pretty white loft provides a perfect retreat to relax, read, or listen to music. Decoratively, the house has a marine theme with white walls, pale wood floors, comfortable sofas, and beautiful bedrooms. It is set in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Marina development, with private off-road parking.
Outside, the pretty courtyard garden, complete with table and chairs, is the ideal place to sit and relax with a chilled glass of wine or beer after a day at the beach. There is also a small patio to the front, where you can sit at the water’s edge and watch the boats and the world go by.  An uncrowded, expansive sandy beach is within 3 minutes’ walk, accessed along the Marina footpath directly in front of the house, along with the championship Conwy golf course – try out your skills!
Located within a pleasurable stroll of Conwy, a World Heritage site, with its 13th Century castle and Plas Mawr, (one of
the finest examples of an Elizabethan town-house), numerous shops, cafes, and award-winning restaurants. The Snowdonia National Park and Anglesey are also close by. The local shop and pub/restaurant are only 2 minutes’ walk away, and the excellent Signatures restaurant is within walking distance.
